    WE ARE RUNNING HUAWEI BSC6000 IN OUR SYSTEM AND HUAWEI BTS3900A, WE ARE FACING CLOCK REFRENCE ABNORMAL IN ALL bts SITES PARENTED to BSC 1,BSC CLOCK IS SHOWING NORMAL. KINDLY LET KNOW WHAT WILL BE PROBLEM

    ALL BSC ABIS CARDS ARE RUNNING ON OPTICAL, WE ARE HAVING GSCU CARD AND CLOCK IS TAKEN FROM MSC THROUGH A- INTERFACE , MY NO 9653018807

    Try one thing set the clock to another card, are you sure that the bsc is getting clock properly are there any slips in clock. in our bsc we solved this problem by taking the clock from an electrical card as we were getting some slips in the clock from the optical card

    Looks like you have a potential synchonisation issue. You will need to look at your “jitter” and “wander” settings. Check that you inital
    synchonisation source is stable and is cascaded from the ingress point right down to the Radio Network. If the Network is not synchronised
    soon (after a period of several hours) your nodes will become despotic.

    The Synchronisation source helps to “pull” or “reign in” nodes that are becoming
    despotic. Compare this with a phase “locked-loop” approach. For Data Traffic slips
    will cause impairment and this leads to information loss.
