ALU GRPS BSC parameters for Satellite

    Dear Experts,

    We have Satellite links on a BSC and i’m looking for ALU parameters (timers) to set up in order to improve GPRS performance, if anybody already tested this, that would be great.

    hi ian,

    satellite ater or satellite abis ?

    there are about 5 or 6 timers that must be changed. They can be found in the Generic Customer doc quite easily. Search for “satellite” in the search bar.

    I don’t have the list right now, sorry.

    Hi Pix,

    Its ABIS Satellite, i’ll check in the document you had mentioned.

    The problem is that they moved Satellite to IP and we are facing problems with DATA UL establishments TBF.
