Hi Experts, in our performance report we are getting sum of Rxqual 0-7 samples exactly identical for UL & DL is this a normal scenario or it is misrepresentation of KPI reports.
it is absolutely normal.
A sample is a measurement. Measurements in UL are performed exactly as many times as measurements in DL.
