3G call setup failure in DT

    Hi Experts,

    I have call setup failure problem in my 3G network during the drive test.

    Radio situation is OK (EcIo =-5-6 RSCP=-60-65)
    After RAB setup complete message CC disconnect message is coming
    in Layer 3 message, failure cause= resource unavailable

    Vendor is NSN RU20

    Have you any idea
