I’m facing a very Long Call Setup in my network , the Equip is NSN , any advice or any clue to investigate PLease ?

there may be congestion if not so conduct a DT to clarify it.

The Mentioned Cells just been swapped from MOTO to NSN , before they didn’t face any Long Call Setup Time ,

And they r not fully congested
