my problem is ,the network operator for which i am doing drive test has defined max. RLC throughput as 7.6mbps but while doing drive test i am getting RLC throughput more than 7.6 mbps.whats the reason behind it?

Hi,
if anyone can help me, what’s the difference between throughput and serving bitrate and which indicators corresponds to them in NPO. Also, how to calculate average serving bitrate per connection.
We’re on ALU B11.
