As mentioned by Pix, dB can’t change to dBm or vice versa. But i confused because in my cases, in order to define CQI code, i have to calculate SINR from RSRQ. SINR is in dB unit while RSRQ in dBM and the formula to calculate SINR =1/(1/(12*RSRQ)-1). Anyone can help me here?
