I have met with a issue of call mute of MNP customer(s). This issue goes like this- they have ported in from around 8 months or so and in between when they are calling other operators rather than their own they face call mute after few seconds of call estaiblishment.
I want to segregate if:-
1. its radio related?
2. BSS related in Ericsson?
3. Interface & TRC’s?
4. MSC or Core?
5. Any other module?
Please reply, anyone with a solution. Thanks for your time and help.
The Possible solution lies with your HLR where the Customer profile is created as the MNP customers issues are resolved once you reset or referesh there user profile. Also please check for parameters defined for this MNP customer and cross check with another fine working MNP customer or a normal customer. Post your findings after these two steps.
