C/I value disappears in TEMS 13.0

    Hi,

    During a drive test, the values of C/I appears for about 60-70 seconds and disappears after that during a long call to a customer care number.

    NOTE: Not the issue of Handset (W995) because 3 handsets were interchanged to isolate the issue.

    TEMS software was re-installed too.

    Any ideas??

    i m facing same prob with same version TEMS and same H/S.
