DL_HO improvements

    Hi all,
    is there anybody to advise me how to reduce the DL/UL quality HO by using power control or something else…
    I have a lot of cells with high DL quality HO and drops, but we can’t change the BCCHs because the freq plan is so limited..

    Hi VanG
    Try using the following features
    1.Antenna Hopping
    2.Dynamic Frequency & channel allocation.
    3.Progressive Power control
    4.Repeated SACCH/FACCH.
    5.Try to use more AMR FR than AMR HR.
