Hi All,
i would like to ask a question about BSIC,
Assume that in Cell “A” has two neighbourhoods , they are Cell “B” and Cell “C”
BSIC of Cell B is NCC = 4 BCC = 2 Frequency = 22
BSIC of Cell C is NCC = 4 BCC = 2
Frequency = 4
what is the effect of the above BSIC configuration regarding to H.O success ,

hi,
as long as the frequencies (from BCCH and non-BCCH TRX) are different, there is no problem.
Cheers

Dear Alonewolves,
the Idea of BSIC is to distinguish between two equal frequencies in he same area so, for your example there is no effect.

Thanx a lot for answers,
Best Regards
