Hi Pix,
please advise me how to reduce the DL/UL quality HO by using power control or something else…
I have a lot of cells with high DL quality HO and drops, but we can’t change the BCCHs because the freq plan is so limited..

hi (one year later)

reduce your PC thresholds by 5dB
increase the speed of PC decisions
decrease bs_pwr_min and ms_pwr_min
allow quicker HO to the best neighbour
reduce usage of FDR and all kind of traffic sharing features

..

increase downtilt
