GPRS territory upgrade reject

    Does anyone know how to resolve high GPRS territory upgrade reject?

    it maybe due to three reasons (1) due to high CS traffic (2) due to less packet territory (3) due to less PCU resources

    in first 2 cases u need to increase the size of gprs territory, in 3rd case PCU resources need increase.
