What’s BSIC?

    I need to know what is BSIC and the rules of BSIC planning in the network

    BSIC is Base Station Identity Code.
    Its a combination of NCC and BSS.
    where NCC is Network Colour Code and BCC is Base station colour code.
    BSIC:NCC BCC
    BSIC is used to differentiate between the cells using same BCCH.
    U can say that the cells with same BCCH should not have same BSIC.
