Dear All,
I am testing upload throughput between different locations. I got low HSUPA rate (around 300K) despite good transmission, radio conditions). No policies enforced from core side. However there is a site/RNC under which rate reaches 1.5 Mbps.
I am comparing everything between these two locations but I have not reached anything yet.
Any ideas?
