Hi. Have the following problem. Decreased TBF UL/DL estab with increased number of P91e counter (T3192)for DL.
Any idea what can caused he problem and eventually what can be done to overcome it.
P.S. I understand that the data i provide is unsufficient but have no idea where to start from.
