I have a problem of low call setup success rate and high SDCCH drop, when i see the counters i don’t find any problems of interferences or bad quality (UL and DL). the cells have a good HO_Better cell and low TCH drop!!!

about sdcch drop high problem:my advice that this site serving very far area(overshoot problem) so sdcch drop rate high if not you can check for this site tru antena cable etc..and you can take a drive test for this site serving area etc

a call is done on a TCH that belongs to a TRX that is different than the TRX with the SDCCH.

So you might have a problem on one frequency, creating high SDCCH drop, but the users that manage to access a TCH are fine, because they fall on a TRX with good quality..

you chsould check this 🙂
