hi all,

many complains comes from our customer regarding drop call on smart phones and when drive test conducted through TEMS (ericsson vendor) but no drop call found..

please any one can help me if any parameters need to be changed or any other solution to solve the issue

smartphones have bad sensitivities values, the vendors focus more on the sw functions than on the physical phone specs.
you should list down the brands and models of the “bad” smartphones, see if there are some recurrent ones.

there are no parameters specific to smartphones vs “dumb-“phones

tell users to use hand-fre -> the antenna of the phone should work better…
