Dear experts;
I have some questions regarding hop_count_timer,if I increased the value from 120 to 220 ;and already hop count=2 . the aim is to decrease the intra_cell handovers in order to decrease the drop rate.
Question is; if i increased the timer this will force the ms to wait unti timer expiry or ms will tiggger RXQUAL handover as soon as handover due to interference is triggered and hop count exceeds 2.Appreciate your feedback
