FlexArpMap feature for Ericsson WCDMA RA

    Dear experts,

    Is it true there are no pre-emptions if this feature “FlexArpMap” is disabled?

    I believe as PCI=False for all traffic services (except emergency calls), there’s no way a pre-emption can be executed.

    Is this correct?
