IN MY NORTEL BTS,THE ASSIGNMENT FAILURE ,ABNORMAL RELEASE BECOMES VERY HIGH AT TIMES,BUT BECOMES NORMAL AGAIN ..THE PHENOMENON IS SOMETIMES INDEPENDENT OF THE TRAFFIC AND AT TIMES ,TRAFFIC DEPENDENT ..WILL ANYBODY HELP EXPLAINING THIS PLEASE.
