hi all
need help about Handover control algorithm II in HUAWEI BSC6000
i have activate it cause high handover attempt
if some one know what is the deference between algorith I and II please to tell me

If Huawei HOII is used then it extend the calculation of handover criteria in comparison to the HO-I.
thats why the number of HO attempt got increased also the calculation of these numbers of criterias is very difficult in huawei.

how can u say that ho attempt will increase in ho2 ?
and its not that much of difficult.

because the default values of HOII need optimization. its not like HO I where the default parameters are already optimized.
