Hi,
Can anyone please explain the meaning of the following sentences used in the TEMS report:

1. Downlink PDCH Report – Block Status:Block Reception not attempted

2. Block Quality Report – Dedicated Mode : Allowed but no data sent

What could the MS be doing during these period ?

FYI, I am facing issue of missed UL BLK (Data/Control). TBFs get abnormally released due to this.
