    Hi everyone,
We met the problem like this. Many BSCs have BSS RTC drop, just on some TS 31 of the BSC (the problem is not all TS31 suffer from the drop). Before, customer lock these timeslots so that we do not monitor the drop. However, when the BSC or MSC perform some reset or something, the timeslot unlocked and the drop occur.
As ALU document, the TS31 is from the AterTP 9 to 40, which is allowed to use for traffic. The MSC side confirm that the CICs are idle when I ask them to check. MSC is Huwei.
Can anyone tell me why the drop happen and how to check if the problem is because of BSC or MSC side?

    Hi,
check with MSC again. They always say everything is OK with them, which is not true.
