hi ,
1) Is adjacent frequencies is responsible for handover failure.
2) If we use the same Adjacent BCCH in neighnour cell then it could be possible to reduce C/I.hi vic,
do not use adjacent bcch in neighbour cell !! it degrades ho success and voice quality altogether.
