Hello dear experts,

I work on ALUB9. For one cell we have no RACH attempts for 10 days even no problem on BCCH frequency and the cell has normal HOs statsitics. I have checked parameters like CB, CBQ and CRO all of them are normal.

I try to camp BCCH of the cell in DT it didn’t camp on that freqency. Could you please advise me what can I do for this situation.

hi,

reset the cell, the OMU and the whole BTS.
it is clearly a fault from a board, don’t bother looking for a misconfig of that site 😉
