    Please describe the method of calculating the timeslot resource needed on Abis interface in BSCV2.

    1 TRX= 8TS, 1 TS of 16 kbps, so 1 TRX is of 128 kbps, so 1 E1=2.048 Mbps of 32 TS each of 64 kbps, so 1 TRX will take 2 TS of E1 and for signalling 0.25 TS. So 1 TRX = 2.25 TS, each cell with 1:4 multiplexing will take 1 TS each so you can calculate the Abis resource distribution this was, each trx takes 2.25 TS of E1.

    Hi Abhishek
    As i mentioned below , 1 TRX in ZTE V2 will take 2.25 TS of the Abis E1 and 1 EDGE PD TS will take 1 full TS on Abis, thus you can calculate the TS on E1
