    hi all.
i have 3 Sector in one site.
    say A,B,C
i have this situation for HOSR b/w these cells:
    B—>A 33 %
    C—>A 17 %

    A—>B 96 %
    A—>C 96 %

In one day i have IHSR(incomming handover success rate=82 %
average IHSR in my network is 96 %.
my reasource in Cell A is available enough.
from cells around Cell A HOSR is also poor.

rf condition for CELL A seems good enough.

i think feeder or sector swap does not exist beacause in this situation HOSR in two direction becomes poor, please confirm.

i have no DT from CELL A yet.
    masters,any solution?

    Hi Jack,

Since problem is clear with only Sector A’s incoming HSR, there must be issue with sector A, be it radio or paramteric.

Check BCCH and BSIC/BCCH combo for A, it should be clean in the area.

CHeck Interference in the area as you said cells around A r also affected.

Also how is the situation for B–>C ?

    Rgrds.

    B—>C And C—>B is ok.
    radio condition is ok also!
i have no BCCH and BSIC/BCCH combo also.
    i have in 2 case adj co-channel.
    freq Cell A=105
    Freq of 2 neighbour= 104 & 105
    is this problem?

    hello,

in cell A, do you have a poor CSSR as well ?
the co channel adjacency could be a major problem, especially if ARFCN 105 is the BCCH freq of cell A or the BCCH freq of the neighbour cell.

if the radio KPI (cdr, cssr, ho out succ, tch duration avg, tch erlang) are fine, then I doubt the problem comes from parameters or radio.
    I would focus on hw.
Try to lock each TRX one by one, for few hours. See if when one TRX is locked, the inc ho gets better.
Also, do drive tests, to detect feeder swap. (but that would also be seen on the radio kpi !)
