Hello Could anybody tell me that, can Erlang C queue model apply for such as basic telephone traffic, IP telephony traffic and which applications else ? Further more, from assumptions of Erlang C that given, then which conditions else that make decision to use Erlang C ?

Hi,

As you know that Erlang C Table is used for calculating traffic carried by systems which are capable of holding the calls in order to serve after a brief delay, in case of call congestions.This table is going to play an important role for systems and features which can offer delays like GPRS and queing and holding features in GSM for Radio interface.

Moreover you can use this Table for IP telephony as well.
