does anyone know the meaning of Rx reference point? Has it the same meaning with RX level access minimum (-45 to -110 (dBm))?

Rx reference point ? is it a parameter or just a kind of definition used in algorithmic decisions? We need details.

In Ericsson , there is Reference point for calculating path loss. Reference point can be for example at antenna side or after feeders.
