Rx/Div branch alarm/Multicoupler

Currently having receive diversity alarms at certain sites and was wondering if this may be related to not using a multicoupler in these sites? Base station type is Siemens bs240xl.Monitoring BSS with BR8. Only on certain sites but, all base stations are only using a duplexer to combine receive signals. No assigned Rx/Div antenna either. Using all Tx/Rx antennas. Tryed all your other basic things, cables, connectors,radio and antenna.
