I found drop problem in network (Ericsson) which when call already established then there’ll be silence voice for some seconds for both way and suddenly call is disconnected. Problem not always happen every time.
It takes time with so many calls using TEMS and I managed to have this drop.

For this you must first check who originated this drop (I mean your TEMS or Nr B) because in many cases if due radio conditions call is dropped in Nr B side Temorary failure is forwarded to Nr A MSC. If this is not the case then good luck because these drops are pain in the ass and in most cases are just a temporary failures 🙂
In case your call got muted first and then dropped, it can be a problem with CIC. Forward this case to core team and they may be able to confirm this to you.
