Hi ZTE Experts,

Observing RxQuality for 60% of cells in My Network is below 96% RxQual DL

Checked:HSN,MAIO- We are using 1×1 MAL with 18 TCH & 12 BCCH for all the cells.

Please help what could be the causes for so poor RxQual DL & what can be done

dear suzane make a drive test for 1 site and analyse the log file

we have done that & in drive the quality is not so bad as reflecting in report

Hi

You can check the quality thresholds in Handover control and power control i.e. check at what threshold quality handover is being trigerred and at what quality threshold power is being increased or decreased.

Also check HoMarginRxQual parameter in the neighbors. If it is 30 (6dB) then make it 28 (4dB) for all the neighbors.
