Does changing the value of bs-pa-mfrms have any effect on the paging load, paging per second in a network.
BS_PA_MFRMS parameter doesnt affect paging load or pps.
PPS is proportional to mobile terminating traffic and cant be controlled by parameters.
Paging Load can be controlled by parameters like CCCH_CONF, AG_BLK_RES.
