Hi all,

there is anyone who knows if any operator is using EMLPP Feature (EMLPP is used in order to priorise VIP subscribers)?

what’s the configuration to be done on HLR/SIM/MSC ??

when EMLPP is used ?? (if there is Air or Ater interface or A Interface Congestion)

there is a spec GSM 03.67 but no specific indications there.

As i know that EMLPP is related with a special priority that should be done @ HLR Level, but preemption process should be done @ BSS or MSS level to priorize VIP subs.
