the Clock (CLK) mostly affects the HANDOVER.
Ok, so you know the problem. You did the diagnosis 😉 From optim point of view, you’ve dne your job !

I’m not an OSS guy, so I can’t help you further. I think you need to change the SUMA, but maybe something else can be tried…

Hi Brian,
what is the rate of HO due to ROC (Reverse to Old Channel). If it’s high and no BCCH/BSIC issue in the area, than for sure it is SUMA problem. In many cases, together with HO issue, there is also a reselection problem.

The HO_Cell_ROC rate somedays is 0% and somedays gies nerr.

I have five cells in our network displaying this behaviour.
