Hi Just wanted ask if a PC Quality window of C/I of 14 to 16 i.e 3.37 to 2.13 RxQual ok on AMR from subscriber perception /MOS point of view and what is the disadvantage of having a too narrow quality window.
As if my Pow_Inc_SS is 4 or 8 dB would the system enter oscillatory state.
