    Dear TNDROP is the total dropped connections on TCH. (Cell level)

    Further can be divided into TFNDROP THNDROP, and for subcells TFNDROPSUB etc..

    TN_DROP = TFNDROP + TFNDROPSUB + THNDROP + THNDROPSUB
