    Hi all,
What will be the behaviour of BOIC (Barring of all international calls) in roaming. Is it possible for customer to make calls to local country number.
And what is the difference between BAOC (barring of all outgoing calls) and BOIC

    Pls clarify.

Calls, which called partys are treated by visiting MSC as International (from point of view of visiting country), will be aborted.

With exported BOIC to visiting country number?
    Yes.

BAOC makes all outgoing calls aborted. Some MSC have internal parameters that aborts on that flag all outgoing SMS also.

If we put an international VLR into the HPLMN how the BOIC works when I want to make a call from another VLR which belong to the same home but different country

GSM’s SS BOIC, BICRO, etc.. is well described in the 3GPP standards. For International VLR addresses you also have to look at the Rules / Tariff configuration that is set with OCS (3GPP). This can influence how the Telephony Call is handled by the Network.
