I think it’s a problem with your licence. Maybe your licence only supports one phone at a time. Contact TEMS support, they should be able to sort it out for you.
However, if you have an older version of tems, you can use one phone of eg TEMS 8.0 and one phone of TEMS 9.0, each with its HASP. That will surely work. Otherwise, the only option will be to contact support.
Sorry it didn’t work out. The only option now is to contact TEMS support, as I said earlier and echoed by PC. The situation you describe is definately a licence problem, which can only be solved by TEMS support.
