I have 5 employees moving into a new office building. I cannot get any traffic stats on their usage. Any good guess as to how many lines I should install for them? They will be using KSUless phones or possibly a small KSU system.
Number of lines really depends upon the anount of time they spend on the phone. If they spend a lot of time (eg debt collectors) they may need a line each, if they use the phone as a small part of their normal office procedures, probably 3 will be the minimum
