I am a an optimization Engineer with a GSM operator. through DT can I know whether the calls are silent? Is there a mean other than the customer complaint to know the silent calls?

During Silent/Mute call the DTX goes higher and FER full goes higher’ Rxquality also degrades…….this normally happens on LAC Border after HO. in my network it happened during anouncement/ call is Hold and called party hears music for hold and later he dont hear any thing…
