    Hi guys,

Any way to derive the actual non-PC (known only to the BSC, as far as I know)RxLevSub?

I’ve got a drive test meas. I want to see if a HO condition is met. However, with DL PC the RxLevSub recorded by the UE doesn’t represent the real level, upon which the HO decision is taken.

    We’re talking about Hell-O-Moto here! 😀

    Hi,

Can you read the BCCH RxLev somewhere ? This one is always at full power, so that should be the RxLev you wuld receive without the DL PC.

    Cheers,

In case your cell’s BCCH is not included in the BA list (or active MF List), you will not be able to see the BCCH rxlev.

So the easiest will be to include your cell’s BCCH ARFCN in the Measurement frequency list.

    Regards,
