Hello Guys,

Does soemone here knows the formula between BHCA ( busy hour call attempts) and Erlang for Voice networks ( e.g. Mobile networks)?

I would appreciate if somebody can provide me with the erlang A and Erlang B traffic formula.

BHCA=Traffic (in erl)*Average call holding time (ACHT)/3600

I’ve no idea on Erlang A.

For Erlang B, the P(blocking)=(A^C/C!)/sum (n=0..C) (A^n/n!)
