    In gprs there is no SACCH, but there is the PACCH, which contains the PDAN message, in which you can find the DL measurements made by the MS (RXQUAL).

    In Egprs, the EPDAN also contains the DL measures made by the MS (Mean BEP and CV BEP).

    i m not aware of PDAN msg.
    i m working on Nokia system.
    can anyone help me regarding this

    Packet Downlink Ack/Nack
    This is a 3GPP message, even Nokia is using it !!
