    Hi Alex.
For 2992,check for cic mismatch between TC and A-interface.
For 2993,check for configuration mismatch between OMC and BTS Manager

    hi bijoy
    thanx for your reply.
by i sead that i am new in gsm.
please explain for me with detail.
actually you believe that this alarm fix with correct the Definitions between TC and A (or Abis)interface(software solution)?
or i have to fix it with check my hardware(TRX,COMBINER,…)?
meanwhile i had 7745 and 7743 alarm on my bts that have alarm 2993.

    Hi Alex
7745 & 7743 mostly comes along with 2993 because call failure rate will be too high for that TRX.
In Ultrasite BTS Hub Manager, check for TRX bypassing configuration & Cross connection. Also check for incorrect E1 TS bypassing.2993 never comes for any type of H/W fault,it comes only due to configuration mismatch between Site(BTS HUB Manager) & OMC configuration.
The supplementary info in 2993 alarm will tell you the culprit BTS, TRX & PCM on which it is configured

For 2992,check whether all circuits of CGR are created in MSC end also. One way to check is whether the CIC’s indicated in 2992 is created/faulty/blocked on the A-interface also. You can get the CIC & PCM info from the supplementary field
