i need to transfer the software from 1 PC to another due to PC failure. How to do it?

Hello,
Yes, you can transfer the licence to another. Firstly, you need to remove the software from your desktop. You should do this using the Windows uninstall feature on the Start Menu at Settings | Control Panel | Add/Remove Programs. Then select the application and proceed with the uninstallation.
You will then be able to install the software on new PC and activate it.
