Low INTER BSC HOSR

    Dears,

    Suddenly I have a very low inter BSC HOSR. We didn’t add any TGT BTS cell recently. I have double check my DB but didn’t find any missing neighbor, LAC or any issue. Can anyone help me regarding this issue please? Thanks in advance.

    One thing forgot to mention, Actual problem is from MSC KPI InterBSCHOSR is 10% lower than BSC KPI. Need to know the reason about 10% difference between BSC and MSC KPI??

    Hi Brian,

    we are using Siemens BSC with BR9 and also Siemens D900 switch.

    KPI is prepared for us by NSN. Sorry I don’t know the formula.
