    Please support.

    Hello,

Take a look at the TRX parameters named “Power Level”.
It specifies the transmit power level of the TRX (range 0-13/0-10 depending on BTS type, with 0 –> maximum power and an increase of 1 corresponds to a 2 dB transmit power reduction).

Power Level specifies the transmit power level of the TRX. The greater this parameter is, the smaller the transmit power is.

When this parameter is set to 0, the transmit power level of the TRX is the greatest. Each time this parameter increases by one level, the transmit power reduces by 2 dB.

    Hi All,

I think the parameter name is “TRX Static Power Class”

    Cheers,

    HI All

you can change it from TRX Config—– Device attributes—– power level

    Note:
max output power from Huawei BTS is 60W in BTS3012, BTS3012AE, BTS3900, BTS3900C

    Hi Pix,
Can you let me know what does mean by following data:
    Cell Name XY66781

    MAIO-900 6

    HFS-900 17,18,19,20,21,22,23

The Cell names shows site id is 6678 and 1 is cell A.
    But what about others?

    Hi,

MAIO is usually defined per TRX, so ust one value “6” is weird.

HFS : it is the list of frequencies on which the TRX is hopping. Each TDMA Frame, the 8 consecutive TS are using another frequency from the list.

MAIO = 6 means the TRX starts the hop sequence at the 6th frequency in the list (= 22). The start = when the cell is turned on. Point is that each TRX in the cell should use a different MAIO, so that the TRXs are always using a different frequency (because they are all synchro and using the same HFS, in the same order).

The “order” I am talking about is called “HSN”.

    Hello,

I was wondering what the output power of DRFUs or GFRUs in a Huawei 3900 BTS is when it is fully configured.

    Thanks!

    Hello Tijo augustine!

TRX output power depend on the type of radios used (RRU or RFU) and also the version (MRFUv2, MRFUd, …)
Moreover, it is also recommended to have the same output power across all TRX meaning that the TX ouput will also depend on the cell configuration.
