    Dear All,

I am facing the issue of switching from capital letter edge (EDGE) to small letter edge (edge) on the black berry handset.
In capital lettered EDGE – EDGE network works on the Black berry handset and user can acccess his/her mail.

In small lettered edge – User can’t use edge on his/her mobile.

Please help me to understand why this is happening and MS is switching from EDGE to edge.

    Regards
    Rajiv Gujral

    Hi,

i also come across such issue several times.
sometimes handset restart solves this issue.
but i dint get wats small letter edge stands for.
if edge is not working then it shd show gprs.

This is also an issue in our network
BB does not show GPRS. Edge in block letters works fine but edge in small letters is a problem
